Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
You can run interviews in Apployent without an ATS. Connecting one is optional, available on Enterprise, and the steps depend on the system you use.
An ATS connection is not required. Hiring teams can invite candidates and review results entirely in Apployent. If you already track jobs and candidates in an applicant tracking system, ATS Integration can move people and results between that system and Apployent so your team does not copy them by hand.
The feature is included on the Enterprise plan and covers the major applicant tracking systems. How you connect, and which options you get afterward, depends on the vendor. Use the guide for the system you use.
